Equipment Features

• The machine features highly integrated processing capacity, capable of machining frame, sash and mullion profiles. It can complete all operations in one setup, from profile cutting, machining of technical holes to end milling grooving of mullions. Processable hole types: pin holes, glue injection holes, handle holes, drive rod notch corner cleaning, standard drainage holes, concealed drainage holes and mounting holes.

• The drilling and milling unit adopts an 8-spindle design, with 2 spindles for each machining surface. Different cutting tools can be installed according to technical requirements, and automatic tool change is supported during processing.

  
  

  

  
  

• The machine is optionally equipped with an integrated machine base. The loading table, feeding frame, drilling & milling unit and cutting unit form an integrally welded base subjected to vibration aging treatment, greatly improving equipment stability.
• An independent spindle is adopted for machining pin holes or screw holes. The innovative positioning method enables effective control of machining errors.
• For the drilling and milling section, one spindle capable of 45° rotation is installed on the upper and lower sides respectively for concealed drainage hole processing.
• The machine is fitted with an optional automatic labeling system. Equipped with a Honeywell industrial printer and self-developed labeling mechanism with vacuum suction pressure detection, it delivers stable and durable performance.

• The end milling section is equipped with two end milling spindles, one of which can rotate ±90°, suitable for processing reinforced mullions.

• The drilling and milling unit can be optionally equipped with a double-sided laser hole cutting function as required.
  

  
  

  

II. Special Functions

1. Precise Positioning An independent spindle is used for machining pin holes or screw holes. The innovative positioning method can effectively control machining errors.
2. Inclined Surface Machining The drilling and milling section is fitted with one rotatable 45° spindle on the upper and lower sides respectively for processing concealed drainage holes.
3. Reinforced Mullion Processing The end milling section is equipped with two end milling spindles, one of which can rotate ±90°, applicable for the machining of reinforced mullions.
