This machine is independently developed and designed by Mingmei. It is suitable for mass machining of sash holes and grooves, mullion screw holes, frame mounting holes, etc. The efficiency is increased by 4 times, making it an ideal preferred equipment for door and window manufacturers.

It adopts imported components.

Equipped with Yaskawa servo motors from Japan.

Fitted with high-power electric spindles.

Adopts Syntec CNC system.

Three-station processing: After machining at Station 1, the machining head moves to Station 2, while loading and unloading profiles can be carried out at Station 1.

The indicator light flashes for alarm when air pressure is lower than 0.4MPa.

The machine frame undergoes aging treatment to ensure outstanding stability.
