Suitable for processing various light metals such as aluminum alloy profiles, aluminum-wood composite profiles and copper profiles. Drilling, tapping, chamfering, edge milling, slot milling and special-shaped hole machining can be completed in one clamping.
Equipped with imported 9KW high-speed motor spindle with encoder from Italy, capable of machining at any angle within ±90° with extremely high working efficiency.
Adopts high-quality industrial control system from Syntec (Taiwan, China), featuring user-friendly operation interface, graphic editing and machining tracking interface.
Imported control system and servo motors, together with high-quality ball screws, linear guide assemblies and bearings, ensure high machining accuracy.
The clamping device can move and position freely according to workpiece dimensions and has the avoidance function during clamping.
