Ø The corner assembly hydraulic system utilizes a 4KW oil pump motor and a high-flow plunger pump, resulting in faster corner assembly speeds.

Ø The corner assembly head incorporates a positioning and avoidance mechanism for the corner assembly cutter. Before corner assembly, the cutter is positioned close to the profile, significantly shortening the cutter's travel distance and effectively mitigating the asynchrony caused by long travel distances.

Ø The machine features a fully automatic pre-tightening function. By controlling the torque output of the servo motor, the pre-tightening action of the corner assembly head is controlled, eliminating positioning gaps caused by errors between the "actual size" and "ideal size" of the profile sawing, achieving high-quality corner assembly processing.

- When changing to different sizes, it automatically positions itself to the corresponding size in conjunction with the main unit of the corner assembly section.
