The corner crimping knives are driven by a hydraulic system, ensuring stable and reliable operation.
The left and right punches are driven by one hydraulic cylinder via a mechanical linkage mechanism to achieve rigid synchronous feeding. Unnecessary deformation during corner crimping is avoided for firmer corner connections.
Easy operation, tiny tolerance of joint clearance, delivering excellent processing quality for doors and windows.
The distance between front and rear crimping knives can be adjusted via threaded connection, simplifying tool alignment.
The machine frame for 90° connection of aluminum doors & windows with corner brackets is professionally welded with 3mm steel plates and subjected to aging treatment to guarantee rigidity.
Optional single-knife multi-point crimping knives are available to achieve more reliable corner assembly for thermal break aluminum doors and windows.
