Suitable for industrial aluminum profiles, aluminum profiles for rail transit, automotive battery chassis and accessories. It can process planes, chamfers, round holes, slot holes, special-shaped holes, as well as milling and rigid tapping operations on aluminum profiles.
Equipped with high-power Taiwan-made SHK A63 A-axis rotary table spindle motor assembly; spindle power: 16kW.
Adopts the latest 10.4-inch display and Syntec servo control system made in Taiwan, China. It supports resume machining after power failure and is equipped with professional CAM machining software.
Tool magazine combination: 8-position disc tool magazine plus 8-position inline tool magazine, total capacity 16 tools, featuring large storage capacity and high tool change efficiency.
Fitted with well-known high-precision ball screws, linear guides and racks.
Worktable with 8×16-M14 T-slots allows multiple workstations clamping for higher machining efficiency.
Intermittent centralized lubrication system; tools adopt system-controlled spray pump cooling and circulating water cooling.
Equipped with tool setter, with automatic data memory function of the system.
Main electrical components including circuit breakers and AC contactors adopt Schneider products from France.
